A large folding map in panels mounted on fine linen, 48 panels measuring 1870 x 1800mm in total. the rear surface of the lower parts of the final fold have some inkstaining, which has penetrated into the linen gutters visible from the front aspect, but leaving the map surface completely untouched. Otherwise the map is in fine state, in the original dull purple cloth slipcase as issued, yellow paper label to front panel, the lower corners splitting and cloth lifting else an attractive example of this extremely scarce map.
