A fine copy in a near fine spinefaded d.w. The3 very scarce hard-cover edition, this copy one of a handful of copies which has Flower's signature mounted on the title page. Flower died immediately before the book was published, and as there could not be a limited or signed edition some slips were signed for mounting in the book. This is only the second such example we have seen.
