Jarvis, Publisher, Washington, D.C." is printed on the left side of the board. "Sold only by Underwood & Underwood, Liverpool, New York, Chicago, Toronto, Ottawa, Kas., El Paso, Tex." printed on right side of board. Underwood & Underwood was a publisher and distributor of stereoviews and operated from 1881-1940s. They distributed photographs for J. F. Jarvis, Charles Bierstadt, and the Littleton View Company.
