Book is Good + (plus). Clean and unmarked text. Strong and sturdy binding a little weak at hinges but intact and sturdy. Very light bumping to cover corners, spine ends and edges. Back cover surface at spine edge has small and thin area where DJ had stuck to surface and left remnants on cover surface. Few very tiny white spots on bottom ends on cover. Front cover bottom edge has a 1 inch very small swollen area - no tearing or wear to area. Very slight page edge tanning. Light yellowing to paste-down gutter areas. Bottom corner page 223 folded. Top and front page ends lightly soiled - ends only. DJ is poor. DJ has wear/bumping to edges, spine ends and corners with small closed and open tears. Back of DJ has two vertical tears from top edge nearly to bottom edge and flap is closed but has several fold creases to it.
