Original covers with brushed title. Though Nagoya-based Eirakuya To^shiro^ editions of the MANGA are quite common, the Edo issues by Kadomaruya are quite unusual. In addition, this is, of course, an early issue of volume ten, a book usually seen in late Edo-era, early Meiji versions. Volume ten concluded the series in its first iteration. With an 8 page Kadomaruya advertisement bound in at the back. The printing is good, at first glance it seems light, even worn but examination under a lens reveals fine detail soon lost in later printings.
