Attractively bound in modern half morocco, gilt letters to spine, cloth sides, all edges speckled browm. Ex library, with minimal marking; bookplate to front pastedown, a discreet library number on verso of title-page, a library pocket has been carefully removed from rear pastedown. Volume 2 is missing the frontispiece. Both title-pages have the incorrect publishing date of 1845 written at the bottom edge.
