Good plus condition with normal usage showing. Musty scented. Previous owner has nicely repaired spine with clear tape. Looks like the paper was torn. Cover edges have open wear with a bit more at corners. Hinges a bit weak and have split a bit making text a bit shaky. NOTHING is falling apart. Most pages are split at hinge at bottom and up to just under the lowest staple. Normal page browning. Large illustrations are sweet. Back cover shows the kids waving goodbye to the train.
