Original deed with printed (black ink) and typewritten (blue ink) lettering on beige paper. Signature in black ink and gilt seal of notary public N. E. W. Smith on a piece of paper tipped in at bottom of deed. Signature in black ink of the recorder on another panel. 3 1/2" x 8 1/2" folded. One page, complete. Deed is virtually pristine and intact except for slight age toning and minuscule wear to extremities. A Near Fine copy. Original deed for the sale of property to E. E. Harter of Sacramento by D. R. Oliver of San Francisco. Harter paid Oliver $250 for the land, namely, "Lot No. Thirteen in Block No. Thirty of Supplement No. Two to East Stockton Addition of the City of Stockton, in the county of San Joaquin, State of California, according to the official map of plat of said Supplement No. Two to said East Stockton Addition, on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder of said County of San Joaquin.".
