Very good indeed in the original black morocco, fold over flap-catch, pocket inside front board, sl. rubbed/worn at extremities, all edges gilt. Apart from a few ms. notes on the rear endpaper, this is completely unused. An attractive evocative souvenir of the great days (before Blackberry, Ipads and similar devices) when doctors used pocket diaries and visited patients and actually dispensed tablets rather than using them as a defence mechanism!.
