Plates are foxed in margins, as are the edges of the bookblock, but it is a solid, mostly clean copy whose condition is very good overall. Staples was sponsored by the Women's Press Club of New York City to chronicle the journey of the "Federation Special," a train carrying 180 clubwomen from New York to Los Angeles for the Sixth Biennial of the General Federation of Women's Clubs and back again, from April 24 to May 19, 1902., Very Good
