Top edge darkened, fold lines. On back is signed "Mary E. Bell by her Atty Chs. H. Bell", no date. The Danville, Olney and Ohio River Railroad Company was reorganized into the Chicago and Ohio River Railroad Company in 1886, which in turn was absorbed by the Peoria, Dectur and Evansville Railway in 1893..
