Black ink, vignette a steam locomotive going past a couple of farmers, center, and one of a farmer behind two horses and a plow, left side, decorative border. Fold lines, rust stain from a paper clip upper left. Embossed stamp, 4 Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Stock Transfer Tax stamps on back. Signed by Richard W. Hale, Treasurer, and O. A. Baldwin, President. Signatures crossed with pink ink, "Canceled Dec. 14, 1933". No. 1012, issued to Richard W. Hale on January 22, 1907. On second item, dimensions 8 1/4 x 6 1/2, Mr. Hale transfers the stock to Charles H. Davis on January 26, 1907. The State Line and Sullivan Railroad was incorporated in 1874 from the Sullivan and Erie Canal and Railroad Company.
