Decorative borders on front and back. Front shows a black and white vignette of an eagle holding arrows with spread wings. "Number 59" printed in upper-left corner. "-/-" written under "Shares" in upper-right corner. Embossed gilt seal in lower-left corner. "Capital Stock $25,000. 250 Shares. Shares $100 Each." This stock certificate was issued to Davis D. Anderson for one share in the Latourrette-Fical Company. The Latourrette-Fical Company was a construction company based in Sacramento. Certificate reads, "This Certifies that Davis E. Anderson is the owner of one Shares of the Preferred Capital Stock of Latourrette-Fical Co. transferable only on the Books of the Corporation in person or by Attorney on surrender of this Certificate. In Witness Whereof the duly authorized officers of this Corporation have hereunto subscribed their names and caused the corporate Seal to be hereto affixed at Sacramento this 12th day of May A.D. 1926 (?)."
