Original beige paper with black and gilt ink printed on front and green and black ink printed on back. No date, circa 1900-1920. 11 1/4" x 8 3/4." Certificate was folded in half vertically and there is a slight tear in the margin of the upper-right corner, but it is very clean and intact overall. Decorative borders on front and back. Front shows a black and white vignette of men working in a mine. Gilt seal with no text or embossing in lower-left corner. "Authorized Capital $500,000.00; Five Million Shares Fully Paid and Assessable." "Incorporated Under the Laws of the State of Nevada" printed at the top. This certificate is unsigned and not issued but has a stamp in the upper-left corner indicating this is Certificate No. "1898." Ben Gill is listed as the Resident Agent in Reno, Nevada.. Book.
