On the back is a sepia-colored vignette of a mountain landscape. Gilt seal with no text or embossing in lower-left corner. "Capitalization $250,000.00; Shares $1.00 Each." This certificate is not issued and has no stamps or signatures. A fill-in date of "190_" is printed in the lower-right corner. "Incorporated Under the Laws of the State of Nevada" printed at the top. Lander Metalics and Non-Metalics Company could refer to the ghost town of Lander, NV. Lander had residents from 1880-1921, and mining and milling were the main industries.. Book.
