The 124th Rifle Minsko-Khingan Red Banner Order of the Suvorov Division is a military unit of the Red Army in the Great Patriotic War(WWll). The division was formed on April 19, 1943 and fought on the Leningrad Front, in Finland where they suffered very heavy losses, Cologne and Kaliningrad. In June 1945, they transferred to the East, where participated in the liberation of the Chinese city of Solun. The division served until Sept. 3, 1945. The commemorative album is 8.5 x 11.5 inches. 15 leaves with 18 mounted photos (9x7 inches) and a few portraits laid in. The album dates from 1983. Nice.. Book. Book Condition: Very Good.
