This is a promotional leaflet advertising The Artist and the Critic (1930?), a book by Lynn Harold Hough. The front features two brief paragraphs promoting Hough's book, one of which was by the Montreal Gazette. The following is an excerpt from the other paragraph: "This volume by Dr. Hough is scholarly, incisive in its analytical qualities, rich with the treasure of literature, and wise with the gifts of philosophy."
