Original publisher's pamphlet printed in black ink on beige paper. No binding. Pages are loose. 5 1/4" x 8 1/2." Seventeen pages, complete. On verso of Page 17 is a tipped-in newspaper clipping stating that war has been officially declared between the U.S. and Britain. Pages are very clean and intact except for light age toning throughout. A Very Good copy. This is a report by the Committee of Foreign Relations that discusses the recent infractions and hostilities committed by Britain against the United States in the years leading up to 1812. The Committee lists and details the different hostilities by Britain such as blockading trade between the U.S. and other countries such as France and Spain and impressing (kidnapping) U.S. citizens and forcing them into British military service or similar duties that serve Britain. At the end of the document is a call to arms to protect the U.S. against further British attacks and avenge past wrongs.. Book. Book Condition: Very Good. Binding: No Binding
