This issue is of particular note for its lengthy review of the Second Isle of Wight Music Festival (2931 August 1969), which included a much-hyped seventeen-track set from Bob Dylan and The Band (Dylan's first significant public appearance for three years following a period of semi-retirement following his near-fatal motorcycle accident).
