Strauss. Form letter and printed material discuss a mothers' “request that the name of her son be entered upon the Memorial Book of the Hebrew Union College for the recital of Kaddish”. The accompanying blank name form is to be filled with the register of the dead to be entered upon the Memorial Book of the Hebrew Union College.
