This book, which has no marked publication date (but may be assumed to be 1913) has a green waxed, illustrated cloth cover. It is entirely in German. The general condition of the cover is fair to poor. It is much marked from use, age and shelving. All edges and corners have wear. All corners have shelving indentations. The illustration on the front cover although dulled and rubbed is complete and clear. The colours are unworn. The back cover is much worn. The body is rubbed and mottled. The corners are worn. The front spine edge is worn but firm to the touch and use. The back spine edge has smaller wearing-marks to the top and bottom edges. The spine is dulled but the print is clear and legible. There is much wear to the head and foot. The top of the spine has crush creases. The binding is muscular and strong. The tan clothpaper frontis and end papers are in good condition. The paper trim edges are coloured in red and are in general good condition. The frontispage has been removed. Included are two loose, coloured cloth book marks. The condition of the book throughout is in very good condition, despite some age tarnishing to the edges of the pages. fk. Book Condition: Good. Binding: Hardcover. Jacket: No Jacket
