Very good indeed in the original pictorial wrappers as issued. A large format 48pp publication, of which the first 14pp are devoted to Bailey's speech, and most of the balance to reprints of Press Comments from South African newspapers referring to the speech, and an interview with Bailey on the eve of his departure for England.
