the book is UNDATED but would appear to be from about 1950. the jacket is shelf worn and there is a 4 cm chip out of the top of the spine. there are also other edge tears and creases. it still presents quite well in cellophane. the book has a previous owner's inscription and the remains of a label on the front end page. the paper has also darkened on the edges. the binding is very good.
