Included are a four-page brochure and a blank order form and one-page separate leaf laid in. No date, circa 1913. Laid-in leaf measures 5 3/4" x 9." Main brochure and order form measure 5 1/4" x 8." Brochure is composed of one leaf folded in half and printed on all sides. First page of brochure shows a black and white illustrated portrait of Silas Deane. Brochure, separate leaf, and order form are very clean and intact. A few minuscule chips at the edges and slight wrinkling. This brochure is an advertisement for a book written by George L. Clark, Silas Deane: A Connecticut Leader in the American Revolution.
