Pamphlets Nos 1-77 each number has added 'The Popish Courant'. This anti-Catholic weekly pamplet was wriiten chiefly by Henry Care [1646-1688]. He was tried for seditious libel and ceased publishing after volume 5. Number one of this third volume commences on 4th June 1680 and runs until number 79 Dec 9th 1681.
