The prints are housed in a card portfolio. This is much worn, creased and scuffed all about. It is sound and secure. The text flaps within, have wear about the edges, some handling marks. The prints are in excellent condition. The protective sheets are healthy and tidy. The prints are fresh, clean, clear, unblemished, unworn. fk. Book Condition: Very Good. Binding: Softcover. Six original lithographic prints of Pilgrim's Rest. Plus a booklet : "Pilgrim's Rest - The first Hundred years 1873-1973" by A P Cartwright, published in Johannesburg in August 1973. Numbered 706 of an unnumbered limited edition. All are contained in a folio sized card envelope. This has wear, scuffing and some storage marks. It is benign and competent. There is further text on two card leaves (these are smart). The leaves act as a covering for the six prints. The prints are still in original tissue wrap. They appear to be pristine and as almost new. The booklet (16 pages) is wonderfully neat and sure. It is clean, clear, confident, amiable - as if new throughout, from cover to cover.
