Original publisher's white paper wrappers with staple binding. 5 1/2" x 8 1/2." Unpaginated, fourteen pages, complete. Black-and-white illustrations, complete. Some of the illustrations show musicians and performing artists. "1927" written in black ink on front cover. Pages and covers are very clean and intact. Binding is tight. Slight darkening to front and back. A few minuscule wrinkles at the spine. A Very Good copy. Program for the Casino de Paris, a music hall in Paris, France. The program features a two-part revue (a multi-act show with a variety of performances) with forty-five "tableaux." The tableaux and the artists performing in each of them are listed. Among the performers are the Casino Girls, the Tiller Girls, Gaston Gerlys and Zoiga, Hal Sherman, Chibaeff, Valerie, and the Dolly Sisters. The history of the Casino de Paris dates back to 1730 when performances at the venue were overseen by the Duc of Richelieu. The building became the Palace Theatre in 1880. The Casino de Paris did not become the music hall as it is known today until about the late 1930s to early 1940s during the beginning of World War I. Casino de Paris is still open to this day and has seen, over the years, the performances of many great artists.. Book. Book Condition: Very Good. Binding: Soft cover
