Containing 'Come ye lads who wish to shine'; Smile, Smile Britannia Smile; How Little do the landmen know; Long Had the French Navy; Come my boys, we've beat the foe; Now away my brave boys; Ye true honest Britons; The Lillies of France; How stands the glass around; The Thund'ring Drums do Beat; In Glory we're told; The Soldiers tired of wars alarms; Hail England, Old England; On Old England's blest shore; Down by a crystal river clear; Some talk of Alexander; God save Great George our King; Britons for arm yourselves prepare; Now rise my souls; May Peace and Pleasure; Twas Saturday Night; The Sails unfurl'd, the ship unmade; The bully crew their sails ununbende; Rule Brittania; Hark! Chapbooks were usually 8pp, printed on coarse paper and sold by street-vendors called 'chapmen' When containing songs there are referred to as 'Garlands'.
