Illustrations very fresh and bright proving this to be an early impression of this edition that came out after the death of Dickens. Bound in half brown calf gilt, raised bands, contrasting lettering piece, attractive marbled boards, extremities and boards rubbed. Very professionally rebacked with later endpapers.
