EDWARD VII (as Prince of Wales) : A 2pp Autograph Letter, Ubndated, on Marlborough House Letterhead, to "Dear Cork", Signed Albert Edward

In fine state. The letter request Cork to send him a couple of tickets for Ascot vbefore he leaves town, sdtating that he had received all previous tickets safely. The addressee was Richard Edmund St Lawrence Boyle, 9th Earl of Cork KP, PC (19 April 1829 – 22 June 1904),. He served three separate stints as Master of the Buckhounds in the 1860s and 1880s, an office which at that time entailed being Her Majesty's Representative at Ascot.
