A very good copy, respined in blue cloth, the original front glazed paper wrapper of Paul Kruger very rubbed, with a 3 inch transverse tear at foot, apparently lacking the rear wrapper. A very curious publication of some 30pp, plus a calendar for 1895 and several leaves of advertisements, presumably designed to commemorate the forthcoming opening of the Delagoa Bay Railway line.
