The front end page has been signed in ink by the author, William Eveleigh. The book has been rebound in leather, and the boards are a touch shelf rubbed and edge worn. The corners of the boards are a touch knocked inwards, but the boards remain strong and whole. Internally, the front end page is in rather shabby state; it is marked and insect worn around the edges. There is further insect damage (although extremely little) on the first two or three pages of the book. The verso of the half title page has a newspaper clipping of the author's picture attached to it, and there is some glue marking around the clipping as a result. There is some marking and light foxing sporadically throughout the text, although the pages remain legible and complete. The binding is tight. JK. Book Condition: Good. Binding: Hardcover.
