James Cecil (Jimmy) Hatlo (1897-1963) was an American cartoonist who drew the strip "They'll Do It Every Time" from 1929 until his death in 1963. He would take ideas from readers and give them credit in his strip. At its peak, the strip ran in over 400 newspapers.
