a rare book in first edition but sadly this book has many faults. the boards are worn and the spine is split and has been repaired. the internal binding has been repaired but there is evidence of a previous repair attempt which has left old tape residue marks. there is foxing and age related marks and tears. all plates are present except one : the plate facing page 66 "a rhodesian township" is missing. the page edges are a bit rough..
