Lola Lane (1906-1981) was part of a four sister act active between 1929 and 1946 and acting in the movies as a 'tough girl persona' in films such as THE SPEAKEASY (1929) and MARKED WOMAN (1936). With her sisters she was in a series of four movies FOUR DAUGHTERS (1938), FOUR WIVES (1939), FOUR MOTHERS (1941) AND DAUGHTERS COURAGEOUS (1943). By 1946 Lola retired from films.
