Blue paper wrappers with staple binding. Booklet is used. Includes printed text in blue and black ink and handwriting in black ink. Red, two-cent George Washington stamp and cancellation mark on front. Printed text indicates that the sender's message can be written on the inside of front and back flaps or covers. Addressed to Mrs. Grace Blair De Pue in Jackson, California. Front flap reads, "With Best Wishes and Greetings from Mrs. J. W. Phelps, Jr." Signed inscription by Grace on first illustration. 4 1/4" x 6." Unpaginated, twenty-four printed black-and-white photographs, complete. Pages are clean and intact overall but have light rippling throughout, faint dampstaining limited to margins, and the former owner's inscription on first illustration. Covers are very clean and intact except for light age toning, slight wear to extremities, and a few small closed tears along the edges (largest measures about 1/2"). A Very Good copy. A souvenir booklet consisting entirely of printed photos with brief captions. The photos show scenes in and around Pacific Grove, Monterey, and Del Monte, California.
