Early reprint. The boards are a touch edge worn but remain strong and square. The gold gilt on the front and spine has dulled. The dust jacket has been price clipped. It is rubbed and edge worn, and the spine has discoloured with age. There are minute chips and fraying on the top and bottom edges of the spine. Despite this, the jacket is whole and bright. Internally, the front end page has been signed by a previous owner in ink, and another signature can be found on the half title page.
