A fine copy in the original pale blue printed wrappers as issued. Extremely scarce, this is the first copy we have seen in the last 10 years. This, the official investigation into the Hederberg disaster, was unable to resolve the questions asked as to cause of the crash. Subsequent conspiracy theories and other investigations have failed to resolve the case, and the matter still remains open,. On the 25th anniversary of the crash, Peter Otzen Jnr, the son of one of the victims, announced that he was approaching the South African Constitutional Court in an attempt to have the commission of inquiry into the disaster reopened.
