Original greeting card printed in multicolored ink on white paper. Doubles as a postcard. Card is used. 3 1/2" x 5 1/2." Card is very clean and intact except for some age toning (hence the beige color) and slight wear to extremities. A Very Good copy. An original greeting card to celebrate a birthday. The front features a beautiful gilt background with a decorative embossed pattern and scenic color illustration of a rustic farm at sunrise with sheep, farm buildings, and a gilt sun rising over the hills. The center illustration is accented by color illustrations of purple blossoms outside of the border. Title in gilt lettering at the bottom. The back includes pencil inscriptions, namely, the address of the recipient (who lives in Nebraska) and a birthday message from the sender. Green one-cent Benjamin Franklin stamp on back. Printed lettering identifies this postcard as "No. 18104." Printed in Germany.. Ephemera. Book Condition: Very Good.
