A very good copy in a near fine d.w., light wear to extremities. Each board has 5 x 5 cm triangular stain at the foot of the hinge, penetrating onto the inside surface of the board. The textblock is uunaffected and clean and tight. There is also some very light scarring to the boards. This important Irish writer's first short story collection, extremely scarce in true first.
