The text is clean and intight and intact (apart from a transverse closed tear on the first page of part III) This extremely rare work has a complicated collation. Only three parts were in fact published: part 3 exists in two versions: 64pp as in this copy, and an exceedingly rare version with pp.65-112 (the extra pages lacking in this copy). Copies in any format seldom come onto the market, and the Hosken copy (with the rare extra pages) sold for over $6000.
