Botha wrote a foreword for this book. his home town of George is in the area covered by the book. the date on the inscription by both Botha and Moriarty is the same 21 oct 1982. this was probably a book launch attended by Botha. there are no other inscriptions and the binding is excellent. the wraps are shelf worn and very lightly creased..
