The boards are beautifully well preserved, with bright silver gilt on the spine. There is only some slight edge wear near the corners. The dust jacket is whole and complete, but is a tad rubbed and worn, with a few small chips and tears along the edges, particularly near the corners and spine. Despite this, the jacket is intact and charming. Internally, there are some faint pencil markings on the front end page. There are no other markings, and the pages are pristine and crisp.
