It is lightly sunned at spine, with a touch of wear at heel and crown. There is Occasional light foxing within but mostly fresh and clean. The wood-engravings of the local churches, businesses and hotels are wonderful examples of their kind, being bold and rather naive compositions but finely executed. Early pencil ownership (Alfred DeWitt, New York) on ffep. Library bookplate with release stamp on bookplate at front pastedown, but no other marks. A complete and just about fine copy in entirely original condition with the map perfect like the day it was bound in.
