The title page has been inscribed in blue ink by the author thus:"To Prof LewinWith my compliments and best wished.Henry Olivier28 January 1980."The boards are the slightest bit edge worn. Apart from this, the book itself presents little, if any, defect. The jacket is shelf rubbed, with some slight fraying and creasing along the edges, and a closed tear at the top of the front cover near the spine. At the same area, there is a small chip out of the top edge of the spine of the jacket. Despite this, the jacket remains whole and bright. Internally, there is a crease marking that runs through the first 5 or so pages, but is rather unnoticeable. The title page has a small mark underneath the author's inscription. There are no other markings or inscriptions and the pages within remain clean and complete. Altogether tightly bound and presents attractively in cellophane. JV. Book Condition: Near Fine.
