The front features the printed title and a beautiful hand-colored illustration of flowers, done in blue, pink, green, and yellow watercolors. Printed text within interior of card reads in full, "I love you, dear Mother / With all of my heart, / That's why I am sending / This card to impart / Some Mother Day wishes / For happiness true, / That will make / each tomorrow / A glad day for you.".
