Some ubiquitous shelf-wear,bumping,fading+ rubbing to extremities,i.e. corners and head+foot of spine too.Corners minimally bumped and both bd's top+lower and fore- edges with some spotted mottling - resulting in slight fading/bleaching of the affected areas.Top+fore-edges aged/ toned; contents,even with both hinges cracked,are intact in situ; front free endpaper has been removed,text body generally bright and clean with negligible foxing,no dog-ear reading creases per se, but lower corner of second page of appendice (A) has either an intentional or accidental? diagonal crease to it.Some,not excessive though,soft pencil underlining and erudite,pertinent annotations in either the text or page margins and inked corrections of several named person's name and their title/qualification and place of work,to Appendix E,towards the rear of the book.Appendices C to F signatures are slightly loose but still partially attached at top edge.UK,8vo HB,1st edn, vipp+2-156pp [paginated] includes reverse of page of contents list/table,9 (IX) chapters and appendices A to F,plus [unpaginated] half-title+title pages,and author's preface.
