Binding shows superficial rubbing and some wear to top fore-corners. A few leaves have dog-eared corners; a few others have scant, light foxing just at the fore-edge. A clean, sound and very good plus copy. Ambroise Tardieu (1818-1879), the foremost French medico-legal expert of his time, was professor of legal medicine at the University of Paris.
