Very good copies, 8vo, 3018 pp., Complete in four volumes; published between 1875 and 1888., Volumes I, II & III are a uniform blue cloth with bright spines; Volume IV is a darker blue cloth with marbled edgesand the spine is faded (the title page lists the same publisher as the earlier volumes, but the spine indicates "Winston" as the publisher). The folding maps are all present and clean, but the one in Volume IV is laid-in loose, having been cleanly removed by a previous owner. Some hinges are partially cracked,but all are holding tight.
