First page has a wrinkle and small closed tear in upper-right corner. Covers have a few minuscule wrinkles, faint spots, and a tiny closed tear measuring about 1/8" on fore-edge of front cover. Includes brief descriptions of places in and around San Francisco's Chinatown, such as Grant Avenue, the Chinatown Telephone Exchange, Joss House, Chingwah Lee Art Studio (printed photograph of Chingwah Lee, one of the tour guides, located on last page), Nom Ku School on Sacramento Street, Barbary Coast, Telegraph Hill, Fisherman's Wharf, and other local points of interest.
